The Cleveland Pulse is a publication that caters to the Cleveland music scene, but more specifically, the bands. We would like the Cleveland musicians to also be able to promote their own professional services, which will obviously help them in these tough financial times. It is our goal to promote everything that is related to the Cleveland music scene.
